Younger people aged 20 to 29 showed even stronger results, with 43% reducing their prescription by more than half and 27% stopping altogether.

For those dealing with chronic pain, such as arthritis or back issues, over half reported reducing their need for painkillers. Some even postponed or canceled planned surgeries. Of the 71 participants who made that decision, 55% said their symptoms improved, while 31% said they no longer needed the procedure at all.
